As I know, Moscow doesn't process permanent residents anymore. People who lives in Russia are processing in Poland. As I live in Ukraine, my application shoud be in Kyiv visa office in Ukraine.

How to know what visa office is processing your application? It has already passed almost 2 months since first AOR and I haven't got second AOR?

I have a progress! After the several days of linking, I linked my application second time to the same account. I don't know how It is possible, but this time everything work properly and I can chack detailed status of my application. So, try different combination and everything will be ok!!!

I have the same situation. Just after AOR on 14 March, 2017 I was unable to check detailed status and I also revoked my online account and created new one where I linked my EP aplication. But also, in the section "View my submitted application" I don't see my EP application, as a result I can't...

I have nearly the same problem. I linked my application with XEP number just several days after CIC got my package. I got AOR 2017/03/14 with EP number. Now I can check status of my application on cic.gc.ca But in my online account is still XEP number and I can't see status of XEP application...
