My ecas changed to decision made on 13th April and I got my PPR mail on 19th April, 2017.

I have a question to ask actually, once we send our passports, do we receive any email from IRCC stating that they received our passport or documents?

I think so because when i submitted by case, it was 14-15 months, and now its 16. i am from Saskatchewan though

No email notification yet. DM changed on 13 April, 2017 on my ecas account.

ooh lol. Exactly same right. My bg changed almost after 11pm and ecas changed next day in the morning when i looked at it.

Great man you will for sure sooner. my cic account doesn't say Decision made though, its just on my ecas.
