Unfortunetly even if you will get ita right now, your application will be refused because you are not leggaly in canada. Can i ask if you dont mind, what kind of visa did you hold when you applied for extension and what was reason for rejection?

Mostly are not able to get pr. You will do not have 12 months of expierience before your work permit expire. They will only see that you comeback here being in 4 months of pregnant to give i birth here.

They always print pr card separetly. I was primary applicant and i recived my pr card two weeks after my husband. So it is nothing to worry about and the time frame for sendig pr card is also not reliable. For me and all of my friend took up to two weeks longer than expected time. Be patient :)

On the card you have the validation date for example 11 may 2022 and you receive card at 22 may 2017 so I think this date is your production date
