    I am November 2013 applicant. Med received on ECAS - Nov 7. RPRF request - Nov 14. DM on ECAS - Nov 21. I've got GCMS today. It shows: "Application approved" :)

    Anyone from visa exempt coutry..?! Please, share your experiense.. How will I know that COPR is sent to me when I am from visa exempt country?! Ecas shows 'DM' over a month, but nothing else yet.. I am outside Canada, so.. Thanks!!

    Its hard to say now, but as I remember it took a week or two for CIC to inform me that they received everything about my baby.

    Yes, you may do upfront medicals. You need to ring to doctor and tell him you want yo do this. He will create a file for your baby. I've do this couple month ago. Good luck!

    We are from visa exempt coutry and were waiting for COPR by mail after 'Decision made' in the end of November. But last night I've got an e-mail from CIC with request to sent them two passport size photos of each person on CEC application. Why is that? Maybe it's because I added my new born baby...

    Any idea as to how long it takes for a COPR to be mailed to Europe?

    Do you know if COPR will be mailed by special delivery or so..? How can I know that my COPR wont be lost on the way to Europe? Maybe someone find this minds stupid, but how long should I wait for COPR after 'Decision Made' and stay still about not receiving any news from CIC?

    Hey, just checked Ecas - Decision made (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision). Hope it is positive and I"ll get my Copr soon..
