What to Include on Employer Reference Letter

I neither uploaded T4, NoA nor any pay stubs. I had an awesome emloyment letter though. The way I did it was, I put in some effort and provided my employer with a sheet/check list of all the information that definitely has to be mentiond in the letter. I even put the NOC duties for my position...

ITA declined - Need advice in creating a new one

You can work full-time 'while waiting for a decision...'. That means you must have applied for a PGWP before or on the day you started working. You started working in April and applied for PGWP in June. I don't think that's legal. You have to apply first, then you can start working, unless you...

ITA declined - Need advice in creating a new one

Sorry, I think I misunderstood your first question. I started working under implied status the day AFTER I applied for my PGWP. If you just had a study permit and no work permit then I think it's not legal to work. But I might be wrong again. Good luck with everything.

I think it might definitely affect your current application if you lie about previous applications. 'Just not mentioning it' is just another form of lying imo.

Hi, I'm from a visa exempt country and need some clarification. I recently received PPR and the email states '...you will need to submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the passport...' Does 'amendments' mean any pages with stamps?
