I can’t comment on the entire process however my experience at Hamilton office was awesome. My file was transferred from Edmonton > Scarborough>Hamilton Test date was on May 2 2019 Staff was extremely helpful now I have test date in June 4 2019 at Hamilton office Hope it helps
