Mine changed to In Progress and showed ceremony date on the same day Yours should too.

Your Next is your ceremony should change to "In Progress" on the Tracker and it should show the ceremony date. After that, you just wait for IRCC to email you the detailed instruction for the ceremony.

Just got LPP updated to completed today (August 2).

Your timeline is almost identical to mine, only a few days different. My LPP is still in progress.

Hello everyone, has anyone ever run into this situation? I checked the new tracker this morning and it showed "We sent you a message..." but I never received any call nor email. GCKey and ECAS also show nothing.

I’m in the same situation as well. Check my PA’s tracker today and it shows that they sent a message on March 23 but PA didn’t receive any email.
