Hello, I think you can withdraw the January application since it's pending and you are not having any application number for that. In Feb, i hope you got the Application number. So you can go ahead with the withdrawal of the Jan Application.

Hello, Have you been accepted into Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Express Entry pool and have an Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code? If you are answering Yes to this question, EE application will get created. And No to this, then OID application will get created.

I think you can email them. Got a mail after submitting where they mentioned emailid to send the missed out documents.

You have to fill the below forms. IMM 0008 - Generic Application Form IMM 5562 - Supplementary Information Schedule 4 - Economic Classes - Provinvial nominee Schedule A - Background/Decalration IMM 5406 - additional family info All these five are mandatory for the primary applicant.
