Passport delivered at ottawa CPC on September 12. Not approval or message so far.

My timeline is the same as your. Passport was received on Sep 12, and there is no change on GC-KEY or ecas. Do you have dependants?

Is normal that GC KEY doesn't show any change even after receiving PPR and send the passport? The only sign of approval is the status of "Decision made" in ecas and the PPR email, but there is nothing on my GC account.

ADR is Additional Document Request, they requested (to me) an updated certification of common-law, and yes, usually the case stops until they review to their satisfaction the document submitted.

I received an email today asking me to provide my passport. is it means that my visa was approved?

I applied online in Colombia, I submitted my documents online on December 05 2017, I have not received any answer yet, there is anybody with the same problem? My medical exam is passed.
