thanks for the info buddy.5.10 point says PR cannot sponsor if living outside canada but PR application of my wife is already in process....and i plan to visit for like 2 weeks....so that means I cannot visit her at all till her PR is competed??

Guys My aor is jan22 2017...cec inland...for my job in canada from sept 2015 till june 2016...this is situation...i submitted t4 for 2015...however i received t4 for 2016 now for same job....would you suggest to proactively submit T4 for 2016 or wait for cic to request for the same What say man?

another question is since I plan to get married in March 2017, then do I need to get a new passport for my wife with updated marital status and spouse name added before I include her passport in CIC???? right now the passport she has is based on single martial status my aor is jan 20

i dont think this should be a problem as nowhere on the passport your marital status is mentioned..... i am planning to get married...and my wife is in process of getting a new passport....and we have decided not to change her last name.....so will that be a problem?
