Oh look... an old profile. I guess since almost everyone is recreating profile because of bug last year then most that get NOI will have recreated profiles. Not sure if this confirms that you dont have to recreate

Why did you even have to send them a mail asking them to provide you a NOC??? Just apply under NOC 2171 and get letter from your supervisor with the details you wrote below

Based on prior openings, how long does OINP normally stay open to send out NOIs? E.g. when SINP EE and SINP OID opened earlier this month they closed within a matter of hours. Is this the same kind of window that OINP has?

I had the EE profile for SINP and then OID opened on the 4th of January and I wanted to submit but couldn't since i had EE profile (keep getting threshold reached). Luckily EE opened a few hours later and I was able to submit successfully. I hear that next SNIP might be in May but no one knows...
