That's very weird, because on IEC you can have implied status as a visitor, and of course there is a debate on if you can work or not (i.e. implied status as a worker), which we will not start it here. So I don't think they were rejected because of that, either they didn't include their AOR at...

They only require the photo page (i.e. Bio page). The amendments as it states it is if you have made any amendments (i.e. correction made, expiry date extended, etc), usually this is found in the last pages of the passport. So no, you only need to send the one page. Good luck.
