Congrats! My parents took 2 weeks to get the email after the background check changed to in progress and after the website was updated to decision made. We are Ottawa office. I was just wondering how long it takes to sent the passport back. We have sent it on July 4 and haven't received it back...

Has your background check started yet? My parents BC has been in progress for about 10 days now and no request for passport yet. Also the application status has changed in "Decision made" around the same time.

We are at the same position. Status changed to decision made but no email received yet. It has been a week since the change. Hope it will not take long.

It's the same for me. I would love to be able to load this sheet as I would be able to see better what is the time frame from the time we are sending the last documents to CIC until requesting the passport.

Yes, I am concerned about that too. Hopefully, they will contact us soon.

I don't know exactly as they don't give you the results but my parents passed it easily. I don't think is to get worried about it unless there is something really concerning or seriously risking to become blind.
