I don't have any URL but I did call BLS before filling in these details. Now my OCI is processed.

This one is not updated and incorrect. Enter the details of your Canadian passport and in the previous passport, enter your cancelled Indian passport number.

The surrendered Indian passport is submitted along with the application. Its verified and sent back to your address in 1-3 weeks(Ideally the day you get the acknowledgement in the OCI status tracker). Hope this helps :)

I did it from North York and got my ack. today too. Looks like it takes exactly 2 weeks for acknowledgment.

@gopalag As @nc_positiveguy said, welcome to the waitlist. I applied on the same day as you, but in the North York BLS. The status is same as yours. Will keep you posted if I get any updates and please let me know if there is any progress in your app.
