I know it doesn't take a lot of time. You go with the temporary certificate and your " bayan el keed el 3a2ely " to mant2t el tagniid you belong. If not, you can go to " edaret el tagnid wel ta3be2a " in nasr city Cairo. I think the process is easy as long as you already finished your service.
