Got an email (on Mar 7) for oath ceremony scheduled for Mar 21. I emailed them back letting them know that I am out of canada and will return next month. I am back in queue now.

Yes all of my tracker items are completed. Just oath ceremony is "not started" probably because i am leaving canada for more than two weeks starting today

I just logged into my tracker and see the update at top right as March 1, 2024 (today) But all my tracker items were updated yesterday to completed (feb 27 date), no new update. Is this a GU?

Question: Anyone know why do we have to notify CIC about leaving the country for more than two weeks? I am wondering about the rationale. What happens if you don't let them know?

Everything is still in progress, except Citizenship Test. You think the passport scans were requested because they want to verify physical presence? I had a lot of trips in the last 5 years.
