I think having too many Quality Assurance checks is normal. I work for public service too and we have to check quality assurance on every 20th one on the serial. I believe CIC also have similar checks. As the number of application increased they are reaching the 20th pretty fast.

yea, Saskatoon office is pretty slow. They called my boss at the end of November but it took them two months just to send me the test date.
