There is no issue for study gap. If you are in employment you are good to go. Make sure that your prospective study is matching with your study background or professional career. Also try to go for reputed institution which will enhance your visa possibilities.

If somebody done upfront medical, it is possible to get the rejection. But, if somebody receive medical request and passed after that, most likely he/she would get the approval (passport request) afterwards.
