They will probably just ask you to send in new pictures signed with the names on the back. I would get that prepared in case it is asked for and send it in right away.

Simple answer is no. That being said, there is a good chance you will both be investigated for marriage fraud which can have an effect on your application depending on the situation.

I called them back around Jan 9th to confirm the receipt of the FP, and have not contacted them since; they said its within normal processing time. Is there a point/number to contact? since I don't think the standard number has any information over the processing it self.

Update: Finally got around to doing the fingerprints ;D, taken on the 30th of December. told me it takes 1-2 weeks for it to process and they will send the results directly to them.
