Hi, Don’t worry, it happened with us too. They will update it automatically. It took ours 11 days to update the result on to our GCKey portal.

Yeah same thing happened to us, my wife even got her bio metric done on 1st April 2019. It is still showing the same and it’s not updated yet. They say some times it takes 10 days to update the bio metric results.

Yes they told her that, email this. but they were not very specific about it. so that's why i am confused over here, should we upload it or not.

What kind of receipt was it. What does it say on the receipt. My wife was given e-medical information sheet. Is it same or different ?
