Mine is "Permanent Residence We received your application for permanent residence on May 20, 2016. We started processing your application on August 2, 2016. Medical results have been received." I know alot of people that applied after me for their PPR's... its weird how NDVO approves applications.

Applied May 20/2016 Application reached delhi in Aug/2016 Started saying medical received yesterday. (25/dec/2016). . . .. . I know of people who applied after me and their spouse already got passport stamped :/
