Usually you must enter by the time your medical expires. It also should say it on your COPR.

I got my PPR on June 29th. Sent them the documents on June 30th.

June 7th.

My COPR arrived on the 13th. Nice paper that is. Now continue to plan the move. Wohooo

I think the usual is about a month, if you are a "normal" "easy" case. In my case they had to request an additional pcc with fingerprints, that took another month off of our timeline.
