Hi Folks - I got the COPRs along with our passports today. 1 photo has been pasted on our COPR. Strange enough, for one of my kid, the 2nd photo was returned too. Is it normal? I dont think so becasue for my other kid, only 1 photo was returned stuck on the COPR. Any idea?

Can some helpful soul confirm if the CGI issues PCC even for Passport issued in India? Somebody on page 1 of this thread suggested that it's possible only if the Passport was issued in Toronto. Please confirm this.

I am in Canada currently and have already got my PCC done from India. My wife is travelling to India for a week. Will she have to get a PCC again due to this 1 week vacation? :-\

Thanks Del, this make things even clearer. I will keep my paperwork ready and would submit the eAPR only post the actual 1 year completion of my wife's job.

Thanks. I did get my ITA yesterday at 457. My wife completes her 1 year on Feb 22nd which is roughly 4 weeks away. Can I accept yesterday's ITA now and submit my application (eAPR) llater i.e. after Feb 22nd? Please advise.

Thanks a bunch dear friend. You and others who have taken the pain of chiming in, i can't be indebted enough. It makes a lot of sense to wait for 452 which hopefully, should not be too far. I just need to be patient and not lose hope :-[

My simple answer :-X This is the same reason why I have posted this question here to ensure I make an informed and correct decision.

I get your point but am I not interpreting 1 year experience in a different way than how CIC does. My information is accurate in system and I am still getting 5 points. Because I haven't falsified any information, on what grounds should i reject the ITA?

Exact same problem with my case :( Wifey only gets 8 points (against possible 9) for her bachelors degree + 1 year PG Diploma

Seems no-one has been able to resolve this issue. My technical query to CIC went unanswered as well. If you have WES evaluation as - Bachelors degree + 1 year PG diploma, you get credit for only the bachelor's degree. It sucks but seems like we'll have to live with this :(
