Call centre agents probably don't have access to more detailed info. I called on Dec. 20th to check the status of my case. She said I had to wait till February, but I got PPR 3 days later (on Dec 23rd).

Same timeline as you. Nothing yet.

August 14th applicant. Old passport will expire Jan 2017. Received CIC message requesting new passport on Dec 14th. Sent through CSE on the same day. PPR on Dec 23rd. Yours should be very soon.

Don't worry. If you haven't received a Procedural Fairness Letter, DM means approved. It is required by law if they want to deny your application, they have to give you a chance to explain. I talked to CIC today too. August 14th applicant. No DM, No PPR. Agent said in process as well. Says she...
