Just got an email from FedEx (which is what my wife used to send her passport copy and photos). Looks like it's coming back in the return envelope she provided, and it should be there tomorrow! Our journey is almost done!! :D I hope that everybody else here gets good news soon as well!

Interesting. My wife sent her passport copy and photos on October 27, and the delivery was confirmed on the 30th. Still haven't heard anything unfortunately, and the GCKey hasn't changed at all. It still claims that they are doing the background checks.

My wife sent in PPR, and it's been about a week and we haven't heard anything back. I think the average is about 2 to 4 weeks maybe. I'm really hoping for 2 or less.

This happened to me as well. During the beginning of the process, they had no problem telling me anything, but after I was approved as the sponsor, for some reason they wanted me to fill out that use of representative form and send it along, and it's been fine ever since.

Does anybody have any idea approximately how long it takes to send your documents and get them returned? Since my wife is from the USA it looks like she doesn't actually need to send a passport, but still needs to send a photo copy as well as some pictures.

We also got PPR email today! The weird thing is that it was sent to me (The Sponsor) and not my wife (The Applicant). Odd, in any case I forwarded it to her.

This is possibly the worst time for the site to be broken for me lol. I just checked ECAS, I logged in as myself (the sponsor) and as my wife (the applicant) and both say "Decision Made", but I can't seem confirm that with GCKey. ughhh this is so frustrating sometimes

Is GCKey being weird for anybody else today? The main page you log into looks different to me, and when I try to click on the button to get to the other page with all the status details it tells me that its a "Bad Gateway". Looks like the site is half broken after they tried to upgrade it last...

BGC finally started for my wife. Called them last Thursday to clear things up, and by Saturday he BGC had started. She, never actually got an email about it, but we checked GCKey and it had changed on there. Here's hoping they make a decision soon!

We never received confirmation that they received them, but I had called at one point and confirmed with the agent that they had received them. I guess something got messed up and somewhere down the line they didn't realize it was there, so I had to confirm with the agent again today...
