I dont want to be too pessimistic but coming from the 2 draws (Feb and Mar) looks like PEI prioritize those that have existing jobs or with offer. They might consider applicants with no jobs but who knows when. Im still hopeful but of course we need to consider other options so that we will not...

Your quite right about that, im beginning to lose hope about NOI fron PEI. It seems that those living there and with job offer are the main priority. Need to check on other options for PNP.
