i just left the "photo missing" application there, did not resubmit . some days later the "photo missing" words disappeared. Then my application got approved in accordance with the official deadline, which is 90 days then. So in a word, i did nothing, and it seems web form is meaningless.

if so, what ircc is (not) doing would be a problem too huge to be believable. they surly have quality control and will find applications left behind. i feel your application should have a result soon and as to mine, mostly i can only wait, while trying to contact them as possible as i can.

I was checking the “check your application status” and it say cant find application. But I can link it on GCkey and i can see it in portal, both where the status are "submitted"...

i have been outside canada (one trip) during the last five years for about 2 years. the only possible reason I guess, is they are doing the entry/exit record with the border agency so it will delay. so may i know if you have complicated travel history during last 5 years?

Yes. Your status changed to "returned" so I think it is correct for you that you have resubmit an "duplicated" application. My status is still "submitted" so I am waiting for it to change to "returned" so that I will resubmit using the same receipt too. I hope I have the right plan. lol

no useful email (no AOR, no notification, etc...) only one email when I initiated the application, which seems too generic to be useful.

My "view" button is still grey. So can not edit. Status "submitted". I also submitted a web form to raise an inquiry. waiting for response but i do not expect it soon due to holiday. Will resubmitting a new application using the same receipt work? i am afraid duplicated application will cause...

why? personaly I dont understand what the online portal is doing with this. My application is also similar. what do you think is the most possible reason in your opinion? did you ask any official resources for a reason?

i submitted 30 days ago, and randomly checked the online status by logging in the online portal. today I just found under the "return" tab, it shows "photo missing". i have just submitted an online case-specific inquiry (online webform). anyone have similar experience , and any advice?

or just submit my original passport image?
