Yes, I have created and linked my application online but my question is, my AOR was delayed by 9 months. I should have got AoR within 60 days of the delivery of my paper file to cio sydney, ns. Now, how will they calculate processing time. From the date they received my file or from AOR date?

Actually I applied long back in 2016 and after that monthly draws stopped ..and again in 2017 I submitted EOI and thats how it is..

Actually, one should get AOR within 60 days when your file gets delivered to CIC and they say they say that the processing time starts when they receive the file. Anyone can help with this? I'm outland paper file applicant for MPNP

Does the processing time starts when one gets AOR Or when your file reaches to CIC Sydeney, NS? In my case, my paper file was delivered to Sydney, NS on November 8, 2018 but, I got AOR on August 8, 2019.
