I plan to live and work in Toronto, but I will go where the job will be. So I think I will follow emamabd 's advice, and look for a room downtown, or anyway near a subway or train station. I know it won't be the cheapest, but I don't have a car and don't drive anyway.

The reasons were the same for me. I am landing in 3 weeks now, for good. I don't hav ethe PR yet ( Martch 7th aor), but I got an 2 year open work visa, so it's time to move.

I got medicals , i am aor March 7th, but nothing new since Juen 12th, stuck in BGNA. I am planning to land at the end of July, I have got an open two year permit, but it's a mess.
