Thanks for your answer. I have another question: When you entered as visitor to apply for spousal sponsorship, did your spouse enter the border at the same time as you? Did she declare she was moving back to Canada permanently? And did this make the border officer more suspicious?

It's spousal sponsorship and, in the meantime, I have been told that in order to apply for OWP I only need AoR. Are you 100% sure that I need CSQ too, even if it is spousal sponsorship?
