If I change my NOC do I have to provide new reference letter ? with changed roles & responsibilities? Does not that mean I provide wrong information earlier?

54 days have passed since I submitted my application... :( everyone who applied around Feb 25th got nominations..only God knows when I will get mine..

I did get NOI ..:( then have applied for the OINP on 12/3...after that i am not getting any further updates on assessing my application..that is what I am worried about. Just wondering how long they are going to take .. :(
