I am cec inland applicant with lmia... I have no idea where i have struck... They didnt ask for additional documents either..... Just the thing is i didnt put pay stub or t4....

Hii.. But generally everyone under CEC passes through 11.2 and 87.1 if i am not wrong its the part of their check.... i didnt submit pay stuf or t4 may be this could be the reason they are reviewing.....Thanx

The date is mentioned 7th march... so its been more than a month but background check is still in progress.... I forgot to submit pay stub and t4... may be this is the reason they are reviewing...do you think it can cause to rejection at this stage.?

Hi.. i got additional docs request on last thursday.. I submitted right away... m amazed m still waiting for the nomination its been 1 week ? Has anyone gone through the same situation how long it usually takes to issue nomination ?

So once he gets federal AOR then he can apply for bridging open work permit... There is no employment restrictions. even he can quit the job if he wants..correct me if m wrong... Thanx for ur reply...much appreciated..

oh k thanx i was under the impression that he will get a open work permit... but on the work permit the employer name is mentioned he cannot quit that job and simultaneously he can work any other job....
