Hello, My uncle and his family received an email requesting to do the Medical Examination back in December 27th, 2018, somehow he missed that email and now 4 months later what should he do? Is his application has been rejected by default? If anyone have any idea what will be the next step...

AOR April 26th , 2017 I will be finishing one year in two weeks and still not receiving any update. My work permit will expired in June 30th. Therefore, I have to renew it otherwise I can't keep working. This is really frustrating :(

Yes! you can apply for Study permit there's no harm.

Update.. My wife applied for study permit / OWP for me and application was approved. I have received the ITA and my PR application still under processing.. Good luck guys..

The reason I didn't claim her education points because her last name and spelling are incorrect and it's only worth of 2 points. :-\
