Yes, there will be two sections on ECAS. I renewed PR in July, and received in Nov. Some people received their PR cards within a month with urgent processing althoguh regular application takes more than 3 months..

hm.. that’s shameful. They should process the applications in order, at least (although some cases require more procedures).

You should contact CIC. I wrote a webform, and they said my inquiry was sent to my processing office. After fee days later, i got a test invitation. I am not sure the webform helped but you could try :)

Delivered : Oct 13 AOR : Nov 19 In process: Dec 7 Toronto I changed my legal name and I attahced my certificate of name change. When I got the AOR, my old name was shown in AOR and ECAS. But now, my new name is shown on ECAS. :)
