    Maybe December/January is not a good time to travel, but you can try late November or Late February. For your child, I cannot say for sure but there are immigrants reaching there throughout the year and this should not be a big issue, never seen any kind of concern about this before.

    My spouse is Doctor

    if she is the primary applicant and applying as a physician, mcc is a must. If she is an accompanying spouse, wes is fine. My wife is a medical doctor and she did it from wes, no issue.
