In 3rd or 4th point they are asking any proof which you want to submit if you have western union slips of money transfers or gifts slips just bring at the time of interview but all should be clear .

I am currently working in bahrain my interview was in pakistan. I think I applied for student visa which got refused that's was the reason of my interview at the time of interview they asked me where you want your passport request I said in pakistan.

No they asked from me more communication proofs, sponsor in out receipts i attached western union receipt updated police certificate medical and updated fourms as well.
