this was an email asking me to check my account, then I see the PPR letter. nothing else. no ghost update

I think Hong Kong only be responsible for the last step - sending PPR letter. cuz last week when I contacted them, my file was still at Winnipeg.

I think files are always moving, but they only update/send in batches. we should see more updates today/tomorrow

you are the next for sure. they process as first come first serve :)

BTW the letter was issued by IRCC Hong Kong. basically Winnipeg processed my case but asked LVO - Hong Kong to send the letter.

I think most people get their eligibility passed now... if yours is still pending I believe it’s kinda a red flag and worth looking into.

the latest file they have processed was for AOR January 8/9

We will see progress today!! They haven’t released anything for past 3 weeks!! But I know they are working on it!
