    I don't know if it is workable. My suggestion is to call them. Be prepared to have to redial their number for a few hours before you get through. When I tried they did not have a queue system and you would simply get a busy tone.

    PSA for folks leaving the US, consider putting a credit freeze on your credit accounts. https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0497-credit-freeze-faqs IMHO it is good idea to have it even if you are not leaving US, just as long as you don't need to open new lines of credit.

    You have to include all dependents. You have a option of selecting accompanying or non accompanying. Other then taxes, there are no special consequences for US citizens.

    For the COPR, Walgreens is good enough. For the PR cards, you should do a google search for "Canadian passport photo" and see if a professional comes up. Which city are you based in, maybe someone from that city can suggest a place.

    Check the IRCC website for PCC process. BTW you need PCC from any countries your stayed over 6 months since 18 years of age. Not just the last 10 years AFAIK.
