Hi as skdubai mentioned a few days ago we said "Yes", as you input your old profile after saying yes. I don't see any problems by answering Yes, as you had for a year an Express Entry Profile and you are being truthful...I myself answered "Yes"

As I see it there are two possibilities: 1.If there is a possibility to wait until the end of the day..I would suggest to wait and see if there will be a draw or not, because if you get the ITA before today is over and accept you will freeze the profile. 2. If not, make the new profile as soon...
