They haven't touched a single application since March 2021. This is beyond ridiculous. Did anyone contact any news channels? CTV, CBC?

No news. I have also been waiting since March for my first PR card from MTL office. I haven’t seen anyone from March receiving their pr cards yet.

I’m not sure if what the agent told you is accurate. The solem declaration is specific for cases like yours. You should check the information again.

Just send a solemn declaration of a never received PR card or contact your MP.

The impression I have it’s that they stopped processing PR cards in montreal office in general. I haven’t seen it a single update from anyone on this forum at least since February 17th.

You can only apply outside of Canada and processing time will depend on your local/country office

Same here, photos delivered March 22nd and nothing. I know someone that got their photos delivered on March 08th and still nothing
