Background changed from NN to NS and then they requested schedule A on 21-Jan. Post submission of the schedule A, the BG status has changed from NS to NN now within a day. Does this imply that my file has moved to local VO and R10 & A11.2 have been passed?

Do not depend on the email updates, make sure to check your account daily. I did not get any update for medicals passed, just a ghost email today, which I am supposing for the BG status change.

Normal format, it just stated my current address as filled while applying for the PCC. In my case, the current address was not even from UK, as I had already moved from UK to my home country.
