I faced a similar situation. I renewed my passport and updated CIC though the webform. They acknowledged the change and I submitted my new passport for stamping.

For the Indian applications that are getting processed through Missisauga VO, are you sending passport to Delhi? How many days on average are you getting your passport back from Delhi?

I think we should add the no of days between File transfer date and started processing date (on ECAS) as well to the tracker. This gives an idea on how many days the VO is usually taking to open the file after transfer. Thoughts?

What doe pre-arrival email represent? Is it like saying you passed the eligibility and now its time for BGC? Does everyone get pre-arrival email or is it only just some VO's or just some applicants? Does Mississauga send these pre arrival emails?
