Hello All, I did a re-evaluation and got my speaking score bumped from 8 to 11 and my refund was processed very promptly. It took about 2 weeks for me to get the new results.

I don't think it matters if it's active but to be on the safe side just reset your password and keep it active. It's a pretty quick process.

Any insight on this guys?

Can we view uploaded files to ensure that they are accurate and view-able? I see where the site recommends that we do this but I'm unable to.
