I sent my passport to Embassy of Canada in Abu Dhabi visa Aramex on November 25th. any idea when I should expect it to be back?

Hey all, I sent my passport via aramex from Bahrain to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi after getting a passport request letter. Any idea how long it takes to stamp the TRV in the passport? Any idea how long till I get it back? I wonder if I should go ahead and book a flight for two weeks from now?

Can I send it by aramex directly to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi without dealing with VFS and their charges?

Does that mean you sent it directly to the Embassy and not to VFS? Also, does it mean you didnt pay VFS fees and send the consent form? How did it go?
