My BGC went from NN to IP but my file is still in Ottawa, not my LVO :(. I called CIC last week and got my GCMS today, both are saying that my file is not transfered yet even if my BGC is IP now.

I got them by email as a PDF file. My brother from Canada ordered for me. It is normal to have comments after the date you order the GCMS notes. What matters is the date when the gcms was generated. For me it was : 01/20/2017.

You can raise a CSE and add the file with the explanation. If you know your LVO, you can send an email to them too
