AFAIK it is not mandatory for spouse to be present at vfs. As a principal applicant you can submit the dependant passport at vfs. However if you have opt for pickup facility from vfs during passport collection, dependants need to be present or you need a authority letter from their behalf. Hope...

AFAIK That's the timeframe in which you have to apply for PR. After that your additional 600 points won't be consider. Hope this help!!!

You don't need to worry as everything is freezed once you submit your e-apr. Exception is just if one gets rejected
