After nomination, you will not be required to submit anything related to POF in your application to CIC. I don't think there would be a need to update them about your bank statements unless they ask. I would advise siguro that you maintain yung required amount sa new bank nyo para in case...

there is no definite timing. In my case, - from Application to AOR = 73 days - from AOR to MR = 38 days - from Medical passed to PPR = currently 160 days and counting If you check the timelines of other people in other forum threads, the timeline really vary.
