I had applied Offline on 19th July and today my Visa was approved and passport was dispatched to the visa but I didnot get any application message? When would I get it ? Would I get it from the visa centre or would CIC sen it ? And is this normal that message was not sent the same day ?

And how much does it take to acquire TRV for Indians ?

Sounds absurd but could someone tell that do we need TRV or ETA for entering Canada on study permit ? I am really confused. Some say you don't need anything except student permit but some say you need it.

Accepted Conditionally means that after you apply for study permit and get a study visa, you have to submit a copy of visa at their office in person and only then will they accept your appliciation unconditionally. And only then you will be able to register for courses.
