Thanks for the reply. The younger child is only 2 and she doesn't ever let him have him. Will have to come up with something. The stressful part is only having 30 days to complete all of this now.

Hey guys, Someone I know has just received medical request for hubby and 2 non-accompanying kids. Doctors office saying they require passports for each person at medical appt. Kids don't have passports and the mother is staunchly against helping in any way, so they won't be able to obtain them...
