Hello! Either way I did try calling out of curiosity and the person i spoke with said that there isnt any specific dates yet but I should be expecting something in the mail this month (march). He also told me to call back mid-March if i do not receive anything in the mail by then.... so really...

What should I wait for next? Just the mail? Or will there be another line in the ECAS if i clicked "decision made"? a bit nervous still cause so many people have also been in DM status and ended up waiting for so long still :(

Hello!! Just checked today, 02/28 and saw that my ECAS status has chaned from In process (since after test and interview on 11/03/2016) to Decision Made. Fingers crossed that i'll hear back for Oath taking soon! Vancouver office

Hey ivana, i followed one's recommendation to call CIC hotline to ask about my application so I called today. I explained that i took the interview and test on 11/3/2016 and everything seemed to be fine, im just wondering why its still stuck in processs and if theres anything else they needed...

Which telephone number should I call? Is it a call center or should I directly call the CIC office in my city? I'm bot too sure where to find it.. the letter they sent from when I took the test in November doesnt contain any contact number! Thank you :)

Hello! Took the test Nov.4 at Vancouver office, 20/20 and interview went smoothly. Officer told me that I can expect to hear back in perhaps 3-5 months. ECAS still In process. Slow slow slow :(

Took test on November 3, 2016 with 20/20 score and citizenship officer said if everything else checks out after, I should expect the oath taking letter in 3-5 months. Until now ECAS status is still "in process" :( Vancouver seems to be moving so slow.

Did your friend apply at the Vancouver office as well? Yes I know from this forum that ECAS isnt exactly the most accurate at times esp. with regards to updates and movement, which is why I'm also eagerly keeping an eye out for the mail. To be honest I'm just a little jealous for those people...

Hello!! Still waiting for DM status :( A friend of a friend works at the CIC office (not a citizenship officer, &7:5 clerical staff) here in Vancouver and says the whole office is swamped with work. He says that itll probably be after te Christmas season before the office picks up on the paperworks!

Passed test Nov. 3 and everything went well in Vancouver office. Officer said wait 3-5months and she did hint that "we've been receiving quite a few applications but yes with in 3-5months or so you can expect a notice to appear for an oath taking". Still waiting, ECAS still at "in process" and...

Congratulations!! That is so quick! Took the test Nov. 3 and still waiting for my ECAS status to change to Decision Made. What a waiting game!
